DO NOT THROW AWAY QUEST REWARDS.

Mine the black rocks by manually using your pickaxe on them until you get 7 blood crystals (used to buy items for quest).

Once you have 7 blood crystals go to the npc and trade for 2 garlics and a crowbar.
Use the garlic on your weapons.

Go up the stairs here and continue through the path.


Click the lever to be able to pass through the path.

Go through the black portal to get to the boss.

Go all the way north-east and use the crowbar on the marked coffin, it will reveal some stairs.

Rightclick these bone piles until your get a blood skull, there are many piles on the way to the quest so just keep going through.
Once you have the skull you can skip everything and just run to the boss at the end.

Put the skull on the altar to spawn the boss.
Boss goes invulnerable if bats are alive, so kill them to damage the boss.

Add to autoloot:
Soul cluster 31623
You're going to need at least 9.

Click on the graves to stack the amount of time you have, 10+ minutes is recommended.
This also spawns the monsters you need to kill for the soul clusters.

Rightclick the coffin to enter the miniboss arena.
Miniboss will drop a rose, you need it for later.
After you kill the miniboss step on the smoke cloud he spawned when he died to teleport out.

Repeat same thing here, if you get the message “You cannot sacrifice soul clusters at the moment. Please wait until everyone has exited the room.” just wait a few seconds.

Repeat same thing here.

Use the roses on the fire/lava thing.

Should get this message if you've done everything correct.

Cut your way through the trees to get to the end, they do not cost energy to cut.

Use your crowbar on all 20 coffins, they are marked on the map in the image.

To kill the boss you need to spawn elementals who drop 3 different portals (Green, purple or red).
To spawn the elementals you need to hit one of the red 4 pillars around the room.
Keep killing the elementals until a red portal shows up and kite the boss into it.
You can now damage the boss, repeat until she's dead.

Add to autoloot:
Blood vial 21418
They drop from the vampires and you're going to need 6 in total.

Go to each of these areas marked.

Open the chest and throw the item it gives you into the river of blood.
Repeat in all 3 locations.
Once done run north to the portal.

Use the blood vials on all 6 fountains marked.

Go through the portal after you've done all 6.

Go through any of the 2 portals.

Step on the thrones to spawn Marius.

Once hes dead go upstairs to collect the reward.

Once you've done all 4 bosses you can go to this NPC and trade them in to get +5 of desired stat.
Trade the NPC for the piece you want and then upgrade that piece with the items you got.
Once fully upgraded use the item on your current gear.
Repeat bosses 4 times to get +5 on all your armors.
