Awakening
Reaching level 1500 will cause you to Awaken. This resets you to level 1 and unlocks a few additional features. First and foremost, you unlock the ability to choose a specialization. Go to the depot, go through the portal that says Stronghold. Go to the left and talk to Vyktor, who is under the stall. You can choose one of two specializations and you can freely switch between them.
